SENIOR MANAGER, PARTNERSHIP STRATEGY & ACTIVATION
Reports to: Director, Brand Strategy & Activation
Location: Greater Philadelphia Area required
Start Date: June 16, 2025
Job Description:
Lead the development of strategy, activation and fulfillment plans for brand clients in collaboration with the Director of Brand Strategy and Account Management
Manage our relationships with brand clients to ensure contract and/or retainer requirements are being met and the best quality of services are being delivered by POV (phone, email, letter, meetings) including tracking account team hours on a monthly basis
Work with the Account Management team to coordinate conference calls, meetings and execute all day-to-day deliverables with brand clients
Serve as liaison between brand clients and their partner properties and athlete relationships
Utilize existing internal systems and processes such as MS Office tools and Asana to streamline the development of brand strategy and execution deliverables and create insights for each of our clients to drive partnership/marketing value
Work collaboratively with other brand client agency partners, such as creative and media buying agencies, to build and execute creative sports marketing campaigns as needed
Attend sporting/special events to support the brand clients’ event planning and activation campaigns throughout the year
Actively participate in the growth of the agency via innovative ideas for revenue generation, brand client deliverables, and client offerings
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading sports publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Accept other duties and responsibilities as determined by the President & CEO
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 5 years of sponsorship management and/or other sports/brand related experience
Proven track record of sponsorship services and activation
Ability to persuasively articulate value propositions to senior executives
Extremely strong sense of customer service
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong MS Office skills – especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Ability to work independently and be self-driven within a team structure
Ability to attend local/regional events on a regular basis and travel (limited) as may be needed
Access to a reliable form of transportation for travel to off-site meetings, client events, etc. is a requirement for the position
Strong commitment to professional conduct and integrity
Compensation:
Base Salary plus discretionary bonus, Comprehensive Benefits Package offered (health, dental, etc.)
