Molly Arbogast,

Molly (Mullady) Arbogast is a sports marketing expert with more than 33 years of experience on the team/property side of the business. Her firm specializes in working with brands and properties to structure effective, creative sports sponsorships that will exceed objectives and result in dynamic business outcomes.
With her unique “point of view” coming from the selling side of sports, she understands the nuances of industry asset values, negotiations, category rights, naming rights, sales process and platform development.
Over her sports career, Molly has worked in sponsorship development for the Philadelphia Eagles/Lincoln Financial Field, Learfield, NBA/WNBA, Palace Sports & Entertainment and International Management Group (IMG).
Industry honors include Philadelphia Business Journal Women of Influence (2025), Titan 100 Philadelphia (2023), and Sports Business Journal Game Changer (2019).
Off the “field,” Molly is a passionate supporter of the Special Olympics movement and served on the PA Board of Directors from 2005-2014 and then 2022-2025. She graduated with honors from St. Lawrence University in 1991 with a double major in Government and Spanish. She currently serves on the University’s Alumni Executive Council.
The Chicago native resides in Wayne, Pennsylvania with her husband and two sons.
